وأردف رييرا عن ما إذا كان فريقه السابق ريال مايوركا قادرًا على مفاجأة ريال مدريد في لقاء الفريقين اليوم: ”أفضل ذكرى لي هي الفوز الكبير في مدريد عام 2003 نظرًا لتأثيره الكبير ومعنى الفوز على الجلاكتيكوس بهذه الطريقة الحاسمة، كرة القدم مليئة بالمفاجآت، لكن تكرار مثل هذا الفوز سيكون أمرًا مُبالغًا فيه بالنظر إلى ديناميكية الفريقين، ميزتنا الكبرى، إلى جانب الجودة، كانت الثقة”.

وتابع: “كنا سنفوز دائمًا لأننا كنا نؤمن بأنفسنا، بغض النظر عن الملعب أو المنافس، لم نكن نهتم بمدريد أو برشلونة أو أي فريق آخر”.

وواصل رييرا: ”تشابي ألونسو، الذي أعرفه جيدًا، يريد الفوز بالمباريات من خلال إتقانه للعب، لطالما كان كذلك، سواءً في ريال سوسيداد أو في باير ليفركوزن”.

وأضاف: “هذه فكرته، تختلف العناصر، وفي مدريد، هم جيدون جدًا، لكن فلسفتهم هي السيطرة على المباراة من خلال الاستحواذ على الكرة وبناء روح جماعية”.

وأوضح: “سينافس ريال مدريد برشلونة بالتأكيد هذا الموسم، تشابي مسؤول عن تحقيق ذلك وسيفعله، لقد وصل للتو، ولمساته واضحة بالفعل”.

وقال: “إن ألونسو يدرك جيدًا مكانه، ومتطلبات النادي، وأنه سيُضطر إلى تحقيق نتائج جيدة بالإضافة إلى اللعب بشكل جيد، لا أشك إطلاقًا في قيمته الهائلة، وأنا مُقتنع بأنه سيجعله استثنائيًا، قد يكون كذلك، لكن معايير غوارديولا عالية جدًا، إنه مرجع يُحتذى به، وقد أثبت ذلك لسنوات، إنه المدرب الأول في العصر الحديث، مع أنني أُدرك جدارة أنشيلوتي وألقابه”.

وأضاف: “على تشابي أن يصنع مسيرته المهنية بنفسه، كما يفعل الآخرون، دون أن يُلاحظ أحدًا، وبأسلوبه الخاص الذي يستمتع به ويثق به”.

وأوضح: ”بالطبع، إنه مدرب جيدًا على ذلك، إنه ذكي للغاية، لديه أفكار واضحة، ويعرف كيف يتكيف مع كل شيء، وهذا أمر بالغ الأهمية، في دورة حياة المدربين، تعلمنا أنه ليس عليك أن تكون ديكتاتوريًا على مقاعد البدلاء وتفرض أفكارك بالقوة، بل عليك أن تُقنع وتشرح سبب لعبك بطريقة معينة، تشابي معلم في هذا المجال”.

وعن رأيه في ثنائي ريال مدريد الشاب، فرانكو ماستانتونو وأردا جولر أردف رييرا: “بالكاد رأيت ماستانتونو، ولا أستطيع تقييمه، مع أنني أتطلع لرؤيته أكثر لما أسمعه عنه ، بينما جولر خطى خطوة واضحة للأمام. بعد عام من التأقلم، حان دوره ليصبح لاعبًا رئيسيًا، لديه موهبةٌ كبيرة، والآن حان دوره ليثبت ذلك بالجهد الذي قدمه له تشابي”.

Fábio Wolff, que comanda a Wolff Sports, uma das principais empresas de marketing do país, o próximo passo para esses clubes deve ser na captação de receitas que transcendam bilheteria e patrocínios.

– Palmeiras e Flamengo vem evoluindo significativamente em receitas e isso é fruto de uma boa gestão. Utilizando cada vez melhor os respectivos banco de dados (CRM), ambos tendem a potencializar os faturamentos.

Para Bruno Maia, CEO da Feel The Match, desenvolvedora de propriedades intelectuais voltada para streaming e blockchain, e executivo de inovação e novas tecnologias no esporte e entretenimento, o momento de Palmeiras e Flamengo deve ser de investir em tecnologia.

– Estamos falando de um momento econômico delicado, com ameaça de recessão nos Estados Unidos, bolsas em baixa e investimentos retraídos. É o típico bom momento para quem tem dinheiro em caixa investir e “comprar na baixa”. Ainda parece muito utópico pela visão imediatista que temos no Brasil, mas para clubes que estão bem de caixa, poderia ser um bom momento de investir em tecnologia e até mesmo com participação nessas empresas. Isso é algo que acontece fora do país, de grandes clubes investirem em startups que trabalham em temas relacionados aos problemas e oportunidades no esporte. Além de ganhar no uso de novos serviços, os clubes também poderiam ganhar no valor dessas empresas – analisou.

– Quando se fala em criar novas linhas de despesa para o torcedor, sem dúvidas é um momento delicado. Porém a implementação de novas soluções tecnológicas pode permitir um aumento de tíquete médio, caso o torcedor perceba vantagem e qualidade nos serviços oferecidos por essas novas tecnologias – complementou Maia.
